An essential part of simulation is ensuring the quality and consistency of evaluators. Though there are many ways to evaluate your evaluators, two effective methods are through inter-rater reliability and through SP Performance Assessments.
In this presentation, we will discuss some of the motivations behind implementing evaluator assessments as well as some of the challenges we encountered along the way. In particular, we will delve into why we chose our evaluation methods and what we expect to get out of our evaluators’ evaluations.
